I am so pleased you're joining us for the Friendship Lab Course! There are two quick things to do before we start - download your workbook and tell us a little about yourself via the following voluntary survey.

This is the first of two surveys you'll be asked to do as part of the course - one before starting, the other on completion - which will help us to see how you've grown through the course based on recognised wellbeing benchmarks. It will only take a few minutes to complete. Please know that:

  1. Your responses are safe. They’ll be stored securely and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  2. Your participation is voluntary and confidential. Your results will be used to help track your growth as well as improve this course over time.

  3. Some survey results may be used in anonymous form in talks, online presentations and on our website.
